With the Company Dashboard, you can keep track of the opportunities that are being shared with your organization. Click the bar chart for a opportunity to see which employees have signed up for that opportunity. You can also use that area to add new responses for your organization.

You can also distribute the Employee Access Link at the bottom of the page so that your company employees can view the opportunities and register on their own or as teams (if the team option is available).
