• Please complete this form for each of your volunteer opportunities if you are currently partnered with Hands On Asheville-Buncombe. 

• If you are not currently partnered with Hands On Asheville-Buncombe, please:

• sign this COVID-19 specific partnership agreement first,
• then, complete the form for each volunteer opportunity you have.  
• Please note, if the partnership agreement isn't signed, we can't move forward with recruiting volunteers.  The purpose of the agreement is to set basic guidelines both your organization and ours will abide by during this unprecedented time to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved.
