Delivery info: Help us deliver meals to La Milpa & Verner Central in West Asheville! 

Verner Central (Thursdays): Arrive at Haw Creek Commons at 4:45pm to pick up meal and deliver to West Asheville. (We will provide address upon pick up of meal) If you choose to use your own vehicle, we will reimburse for gas.Trucks, vans, stations wagons and hatchbacks are preferred as you will need to transport between 2 and 6 styrofoam coolers that measure 15"x17"x24".

Requirements:

Requirements:

Orientation: To be completed at the beginning of your first shift Signed liability waiver: Can be completed on site before your first shift or online here.Minimum age: 16 years old to come alone; 12 with parent or adult chaperone.  Skills Required:  Ability to stand for long periods. We have chairs for breaks, but most of the work requires standing. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.  Attire: Non-slip, closed-toed shoes Something to pull your hair back (hair tie, bandana, hat) - the kitchen will have hair nets.
