Here at ABCCM, we believe in the wonder and meaning of Christmas. We believe in wide-eyed children opening their presents on Christmas morning and sharing the love of Christ with families going through some of the hardest times. We believe that every child should feel loved and cared for.

There are so many families in crisis and worried about jobs, how they will pay the rent or the utilities or put food on the table. ABCCM’s Christmas Angel program is committed to filling those gaps for families by providing Christmas presents for their children.

We need smiling faces, busy hands, and happy hearts to serve all these families during the holidays!  Hosted at ABCCM Servant Leadership Center (1845 Brevard Rd, Arden), the ABCCM “Christmas Shop” is where volunteers take a child’s wish list and, using the toys collected from our community partners, pack a bag of gifts for that child so their parents can pick it up just in time for Christmas.

The Shop is a bustling space with PLENTY to do for everyone: bags need to be filled and labeled, toy donations get dropped off and need organizing, parents need to be called to collect their gifts, and applications need data entry.

All individuals and group organizations are welcome to volunteer. We’d love for you to bring your children too! Just take a look at the calendar below and book a date and time that works best for you. See you soon!

Please join us by being a Christmas Angel volunteer, and help brighten Christmas morning for children in need.
