Before you begin thinking about volunteering, ask yourself – Am I well enough to volunteer?
A.C. Reynolds Middle School (ACRMS) is located on a beautiful campus overlooking the mountains in East Asheville. We serve a diverse community of approximately 530 students, grades 6 through 8. Our dedicated staff is committed to serving the whole child, including academic, career, social and emotional learning. As a Community School supported by United Way, Reynolds offers enriched learning opportunities through after school clubs.
Each club is led by a teacher or school staff person, and runs from 3:20-5:00. Volunteers are needed to assist the club leaders with club-specific activities, and to engage with the students during club time. 1-2 volunteers per club is sufficient.
