Meher Archive Collective is seeking fundraisers to join our Fundraising Team! This role involves supporting our fundraising efforts by reaching out to potential and existing donors and contributing your ideas to help us achieve our financial goals. Any help for any amount of time is appreciated. Some responsibilities include:
- Attending weekly fundraising meetings on Mondays from 11am-12pm
- Making phone calls to prospective and existing donors to cultivate relationships, share updates on our work, and solicit donations.
- Maintaining accurate records of donor interactions and follow-up as needed.
- Responding to donor inquiries in a friendly and informative manner.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate creative and effective fundraising ideas.
- Assisting in the development of fundraising plans and campaigns.
- Researching potential fundraising opportunities and resources.
- Helping with the execution of fundraising events and initiatives.
- Assisting in the creation of fundraising materials (e.g., letters, social media content - as needed).
