Appalachian Community Relief is moving to a new location in Black Mountain! Our current site at the Ingles Garden Center will close after January 31st. We need help with organizing our new space on Sunday, February 2nd, 2025.
Our new warehouse is located at 104 East Side Dr, Unite 308, Black Mountain NC.
Must be 18+ year old to volunteer on your own. Minors welcome if accompanied by an adult.
Volunteer Responsibilities
- Sorting and stocking items
- General cleaning and prepping new space
Requirements:
- Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your shift
- Comfortable with bending, lifting, walking, pushing/pulling
- Ability to stand for long periods
Attire:
- Wear layers easy to move in
- Wear close-toed shoes
