Buncombe County Government is seeking volunteers to support the Community Care Stations across multiple locations in Buncombe County.
Please come to the Volunteer Reception Center (VRC) located at United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County - 50 S. French Broad Ave. Volunteers will be deployed out from the VRC to the sites that need the most volunteer support.
Families welcome as a group of volunteers, but minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Volunteer Responsibilities & Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 25lbs
Comfortable with bending, stooping, walking and twisting
Adhere to safety measures
Ability to stand for long periods
Attire:
Wear CLOSED TOED SHOES!!!
