Join Us to Support Our Community: Volunteer with Mercy Chefs In light of the devastating events in Western North Carolina, we urgently need volunteers aged 15 and older to help prepare and serve hot, fresh, restaurant-quality meals. Your support can make a significant difference for those in need.
Please note: Mercy Chefs is unable to provide lodging or transportation for volunteers.

Volunteer Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals to got out to the community
Requirements:
Please know you will have to sign our waiver on site when you arrive

Skills Required:
Ready to learn on the job training with our experienced Chefs.
Knife Skills are not required but encouraged.
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Attire:
Wear comfortable clothes and let you move freely
Comfortable, close-toed shoes

Health and Safety:
We ask that you wash your hands every time you encounter food, switching out your gloves frequently.
If you have long hair we ask it is pulled back into a ponytail.
If hair is to your shoulders or longer please wear a hat.
