Volunteers are needed to help staff the Cookies and Coats Community Night. This is a large event at A.C. Reynolds Middle School in which families who attend are able to choose warm winter gear to take home and use to stay warm this winter season.
The Reynolds Middle Community Nights occur on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:30 pm. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:45 pm and leave at 6:45 pm to assist with setting up and breaking down the event. Additionally, volunteers will receive a meal and are welcome to bring their family.
We are searching for 6 volunteers who are willing to complete the following:
Volunteer Responsibilities
2 Volunteers - Work the cookie decorating station.
2 Volunteers - Coordinate the timed shopping rotations for families to pick out warm winter gear.
2 Volunteers - Assist with warm weather gear give away.
Location: AC Reynolds Middle School 2 Rocket Drive, Asheville NC 28803. Please park at the Office Entrance.
