One of the largest humanitarian organizations is seeking Spanish Speaking Individuals to assist with community mobilization and recovery efforts in Avery County. Trained provided.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Meet with individuals and organizations to help identify unmet needs
- Share resources and information about available assistance
- Demonstrate compassion
Requirements:
Personal transportation to Avery County
Speaks Spanish as a primary or secondary language
Available 10-20 hours a month
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently with access to people to answer questions
