The Asheville Dream Center is excited to announce Dream Christmas 2025, an annual holiday initiative bringing joy and hope to children living in Asheville’s Housing Authority communities. This year marks the 5th year of the program and will take place December 13, 2025, featuring door-to-door delivery of specially selected gifts to children across all Housing Authority properties. “Dream Christmas is about showing God’s love in a tangible way,” said Founder Michelle Coleman. “We want every child to experience the joy of Christmas, and this year we’re going directly to their homes to make it extra special.”
Volunteer Responsibilities:
Wrapping gifts
Packing trucks with gifts
Delivering gifts across housing authority properties
Other event support
Cleanup and tear down
Skills Required:
Volunteers should arrive with a joyful attitude and willingness to serve
Volunteers are encouraged to bring wrapping paper, tape, scissors, gift bags, and tissue paper.
Volunteers with trucks or large vehicles are especially needed to assist with deliveries.
Attire:
Volunteers should dress comfortably
