Girls on the Run 5k VOLUNTEER

Help us make this inspiring event possible for over 700 bold and bright young Girls on the Run participants!  They will each bring an adult running buddy to share in their goal of 3.1 miles, so we anticipate over 1,300 runners and several hundred spectators.  The GOTR 5k is the final celebration of the 10-week, 20-lesson Girls on the Run program and gives the girls a tangible understanding of the confidence that comes through accomplishment as well as a framework for setting and achieving life goals.  Crossing the finish line is a defining moment when the girls realize that even the seemingly impossible IS possible.  This wonderful celebration is made possible through the dedication of community volunteers!
