ABCCM Special Events is looking for a group of 10 to 20 volunteers to craft their Return to Bethlehem Penny Cards that will be handed out from an ABCCM float in this year’s Asheville Holiday Parade to thousands of people gathered along the streets of downtown. Special Events staff will provide all the promotional cards and shiny pennies. While seated, volunteers will remove pasted pennies from older cards, and with the supplied glue guns, paste shiny new pennies on this year’s cards. Snacks and water provided for all volunteers and the task can be done either at the ABCCM Servant Leadership Center at 20 20th Street or at the central indoor location of the volunteer group. The task will take one full day, or could be broken up into two half days.
