The City of Asheville is seeking volunteers to assist with donations at Harrah's Cherokee Center on Saturday 10/5.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving supplies
Sorting, organizing, and packaging supplies
Requirements
Ability to lift at least 25lbs
Comfortable with bending, stooping, walking and twisting
Adhere to safety measures
Ability to stand for long periods
Attire:
Wear appropriate protective gear (gloves, masks, sturdy shoes)
Location: Harrah's Cherokee Center, 87 Haywood Street, Asheville
Health and Safety:
Bring your owns snack and drinks
Limited cell phone and WIFI access
